Shipping Methods
As soon as we receive the payment confirmation . we will start working on packing your order , usually it takes 24 to 48 hours for the item to be shipped . we send most of our parcels using the Tunisian post which we have been working with for many years now , they provide a good delivery service with a very competitive international standard shipping prices.
Delivery with this service usually takes 5 to 10 working days to all countries in Europe and 7 to 15 working days to the USA , Australia and the rest of the world .
If you need your item urgently then we can send it to you via DHL or FedEx special delivery service which only takes about 72 hours to Europe and 3 to 5 working days to the rest of the world ( this service will be for an additional cost ).

If for any reason you should find a fault, could you please adhere to the following procedure:
Notify us within 5 working days by emailing us . If the item is damaged or faulty please take a pictures of the faulted areas & email it along with a text explaining the problem ( info@artisiana.com) On receipt of your email we will respond within 48hrs If the product is determined to be faulty, we will arrange a replacement.
